We are overjoyed and incredibly proud to announce that our fundraising efforts across the school year have not only met but exceeded our ambitious target of £20,000.
Together, we raised an astounding £22,303.06!
This incredible achievement is a testament to the power of our school community coming together with a shared vision and a common goal. You can see in this infographic some of the ways we managed to get to this figure and also a few ways the school has used the funds.
What is important to also bear in mind, is that the 150 Club funds aren’t counted in this total. That means we have raised thousands more, and that money goes towards the Helping Out Fund. It is important to us that this money is always there for those who need it, so we don’t include it in our target.
A collective effort
This success wouldn’t have been possible without the dedication, generosity, and hard work of so many people. Every single contribution, no matter the size, played a crucial role in reaching and surpassing our target. Here’s a huge thank you to each and every one of you:
Parents, guardians and families: Your support, be it through donations, spreading the word, or volunteering your time, has been invaluable. Your commitment to our school and our children’s future is truly inspiring.
Teachers and Staff: Your enthusiasm and willingness to get involved, whether by participating in fundraising events or encouraging pupils to join in, have been pivotal in our success. Thank you for your unwavering dedication to our school community.
Pupils: You are the heart of our school! Your energy, creativity, and enthusiasm in all our fundraising activities have been amazing. Thank you for your efforts and for reminding us why we do what we do.
Volunteers: To everyone who helped organise events, sell tickets, bake cakes, set up stalls, and clean up afterwards – your hard work behind the scenes has not gone unnoticed. We couldn’t have done this without you.
Looking ahead
The funds raised will go a long way in supporting our school, especially with the expansion plans that are likely to have a knock-on effect in ways we can’t yet anticipate. Whatever it is that the school needs, we know we will be in such a strong position to help them having raised so much over the past year.
A community united
