Spring term update
This term has been a bit quieter for FOSP, as we know the lead-up to Christmas can be quite hectic. Everyone needs a break once it’s over!
Here’s a quick summary of what we’ve been up to over the past few months:
- Bag2School – Donations of clothing raised £229
- Spring Disco – Raised £1,094.83
- Mother’s Day Gift Stall – Raised £628.06
- Easter Raffle – Raised £931.09
Total for the term = £2,882.98
We originally planned to host a family film night, but we didn’t receive enough interest. We’ll give it another go at a later date. Despite this, we still exceeded our target of £2,350 for the term! A special thank you to everyone who contributed to Bag2School—we’ll definitely be bringing it back next year due to its fantastic response.
Looking ahead to next term, Inflatables Day will be our highlight event, and we are actively seeking match funders. Match funding brought in £2,000 for us during Fireworks Night, and it could make a significant impact again! If you think you might be able to help, please get in touch.
Lastly, our 100 Club continues to support the Helping Out Fund, aiding several children and families this term. Remember, it’s completely anonymous, confidential, and available to anyone in need. Whether your child needs an after-school club space, a new uniform, or any other form of support, please speak to Miss Wilding.
Thank you all for your continued support and participation. We look forward to another successful term ahead!
